Taalaibek Tynaliev
Head Coach
Sensei Taalai is the head coach at Barakah Judo and additionally coaches at South Tampa Jiu-Jitsu Club. He was also part of the Kyrgyzstan Judo National team and several times champion of the Kyrgyzstan National competition.
He participated in international-level competitions. and is recognized as a 5th-degree black belt by USA Judo and the International Judo Federation (IJF).
He is a retired military officer who also has 5 years of military Russian Sambo training in the Russian military Academy as well as serving as a judo instructor for the team. Trained and was an instructor in the Lackland AFB Judo team (San Antonio, Texas).




In Loving Memory of Mr. Roger D. Crocker
Coach
Mr. Roger D. Crocker was a co-founder of Barakah Judo and a respected mentor, coach, and guide to many students. His dedication, discipline, and passion for martial arts helped shape the foundation of our dojo and the values we continue to uphold today.
Through his leadership and commitment, he inspired students not only to grow in judo, but also to build character, confidence, respect, and perseverance.
Mr. Crocker passed away in 2025, but his legacy continues to live on through the students, coaches, and community he helped build. We honor his memory with deep gratitude and respect.
